Over the last few years many regional electric utilty companies throughout the USA have been providing substantial rebate incentive credits to hotels and commercial facilities who update their old PTAC equipment to new high efficiency energy saving PTAC Heat Pumps which are proven to help save properties over 30% off their high electricity cost compared to PTACs with electric heat only. These rebates can cover as much as 100% of your PTAC equipment cost in certain regions throughout the country.
3BL and our PTAC Energy Solutions division are supply trade partners representing many electric utility companies including Con-Edison, PSEG, Eversource, National Grid, Duke Energy, PSE, and many more. Your hotel or commercial facility may qualify for a large rebate incentive depending on your location. Best of all, we do all the rebate paperrwork for you and in many cases we will deduct the applicable rebate credit upfront off your invoice and you just pay the difference. How To Place Your PTAC Rebate Order On-Line?
If you are already APPROVED by us for a PTAC rebate you can place your order directly from this website. If we have provided you with a special rebate code simply enter that code in the coupon field at checkout and our system will automatically deduct the corresponding PTAC rebate amount and you just pay the difference (plus applicable sales tax). Just complete your order and select ACH as your payment option. Once your order is received we will email you an invoice to remit payment by ACH (e-check) or you can mail us a paper check. Credit & Debit Cards are not accepted for rebate orders at this time.
*Please Be Sure To Carefully Check Your Existing Equipment*
Please be sure to carefully check the PTAC equipment you are ordering so that you are certain it is compatible with your existing electrical and mechanical requirements. For example, verify your electrical voltage is correct (230/208V or 265V) and your outlet types are the standard 20amp which are found on most PTAC units. Once we ship your order returning equipment can be very costly after re-stocking fees and return freight cost. If you are not certain you are ordering the correct equipment please contact us at (631) 923-2903 with your existing PTAC model number and we can help make sure you are purchasing the proper replacement.
*Important Information Reagarding PTAC Rebate Orders- Please Read Carefully*
*Please note your commercial property address MUST be qualified for the PTAC Rebate Credit through your regional utility company and program sponsor. Under no circumstances will any PTAC rebate credits be applied unless your commercial property is qualified and approved for the program. All PTAC units ordered through the rebate program MUST be installed and operating within 30 days from delivery and is subject to a on-site inspection to verify the equipment ordered through the rebate program has been delivered and installed at the qualified and approved commercial property address or all applied rebate credits will be charged back and the buyer will be responsible for re-payment of the rebate credit portion of the order. Under no circumstances can PTAC units ordered through the rebate program be held for reserve or extra stock.
