How to Place a PTAC Rebate Order Online

If your property has already been approved for a PTAC rebate, you may order directly through our website:

  1. Select eligible PTAC Heat Pump models
  2. Enter your rebate coupon code at checkout
  3. The rebate amount is automatically applied
  4. Pay the remaining balance plus applicable sales tax

Accepted Payment Method for Rebate Orders

  • ACH (e-check) payment only
  • An invoice will be emailed for ACH payment or check remittance
  • Credit and debit cards are not accepted for rebate orders

Verify Equipment Compatibility Before Ordering

Please confirm that the PTAC unit you are ordering matches your existing electrical and mechanical requirements:

  • Electrical voltage: 230/208V or 265V
  • Outlet type: Standard 20-amp PTAC receptacle
  • Sleeve and chassis compatibility

Once equipment ships, returns can be costly due to restocking fees and return freight charges.

Important Information Regarding PTAC Rebate Orders

  • Your commercial property address must be pre-qualified and approved through the applicable utility rebate program
  • Rebate credits will not be applied without full program approval
  • All rebate-eligible PTAC units must be installed and operational within 30 days of delivery
  • Orders are subject to on-site inspection to confirm installation at the approved property
  • Rebate orders cannot be placed for reserve or future stock
  • Failure to meet rebate requirements will result in a rebate chargeback, and the buyer will be responsible for repayment
